Ear Nose Throat Consultants of North Mississippi is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to providing the best quality healthcare in a responsive and caring environment. Our otolaryngologists are all Board certified with years of experience in the profession. They work in concert with nurses and office staff who work hard to understand your health issues quickly and apply the appropriate treatment to get you back to your optimal health.

Physicians on Staff

  • John F. Laurenzo, M.D.

    Dr. John Laurenzo founded ENT Consultants of North Mississippi in 1995. He received his specialty training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN with honors in physics. In the course of his education he was awarded membership in the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Honor societies. During his specialty training he published multiple research papers and received the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology national research award for a study he published on pediatric facial trauma.

    Dr. Laurenzo is board certified and has particular interests in the medical and surgical treatment of pediatric and adult chronic ear and sinus disease. He has been active in medical staff leadership at Baptist Memorial Hospital as a past president of the medical staff and chairman of multiple medical staff committees. He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association.

    Dr. Laurenzo grew up in Oxford. He and his wife Dorothy have three children. They are members of Oxford-University United Methodist Church.

  • Bradford J. Dye III, M.D.

    Dr. Ford Dye is a board certified otolaryngologist and is also a Diplomate with the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. 

    Dr. Dye earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honorary. He completed both his general surgery internship and his otolaryngology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    His interests include pediatric surgery, surgical treatment of the thyroid gland, endoscopic sinus surgery and treatment of allergic and voice disorders. He is active in organized medicine and has served on the board of MS State Medical Association and Accountable Physicians of North MS (ACO). He is also a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Institutions of Higher Learning which has oversight of the public Universities in MS.

    Dr. Dye is a native of Jackson, MS. He lives in Oxford, MS with his wife and son. They are members of Oxford University Methodist Church. 

  • Dr. Byron Pearson Windham, Sr.

    Dr. Pearson Windham received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. He then earned his Medical Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He completed both his General Surgery Internship and Otolaryngology Head and Neck residency training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and the VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

    He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. His primary interests include management of chronic sinusitis, pediatric ENT surgery, skin cancer surgery, thyroid surgery, and head and neck cancer management.

    Dr. Windham is a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association and is a past president of the North Mississippi Medical Society and the North Mississippi Physicians Association. He also serves as a MSMA CAP Committee member and actively participates as a member of the Baptist North Mississippi Medical Staff.

    Originally from Rolling Fork MS, Dr. Windham, his wife Ashley and three children currently reside in Oxford Mississippi where they attend Oxford University United Methodist Church.

  • Ansley Vanlandingham, NP

    Ansley received her master’s degree in Nursing from Delta State University in 2012. She attended the University of Mississippi and received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2008.

    She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Mississippi Board of Nursing. Ansley has completed over a year of specialty training in otolaryngology under Dr. Windham. She currently works closely with Dr. Windham at his Cleveland office to provide management of adult and pediatric chronic ear, nose and throat disorders.

    Ansley is originally from Ruleville, MS. She currently resides in Leland with her husband Brian and two children where they attend Leland Baptist Church.

  • Mandy H. Windham, FNP-BC

    Mandy received her master’s degree in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2011. She attended The University of Mississippi where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2005.

    She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Mississippi Board of Nursing. Mandy previously worked in family practice for three years and pain management for four years. Mandy has completed specialty training in otolaryngology under Dr. B. Pearson Windham in 2018-2019.

    She currently works closely with Dr. Windham in his Cleveland, Indianola and Greenwood offices to provide management of adult and pediatric chronic ear, nose and throat disease.

    Mandy is originally from Yazoo City, MS. She currently resides in Rolling Fork, MS with her husband and two children where they attend Rolling Fork United Methodist Church.

Audiologist on Staff

  • Lain Tindall Brown M.S,. CCC-A

    Lain received her master's degree in Audiology from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2002 following the completion of her undergraduate degree from The University of Mississippi. 

    She is certified in Audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

    Prior to her employment at Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants of N. MS, Lain worked at Arkansas Children's Hospital and The University of Mississippi Speech and Hearing Center. 

    In 2006 she joined Ear, Nose, and Throat Consultants, where she works closely with our team of doctors to provide a full range of audiological services including audiometric evaluations for all ages, and hearing aid evaluations and services. Lain is a native of
    Indianola, MS. She lives in Oxford with her husband and two little girls. 

  • Haley Messersmith, Au.D., CCC-A

    Haley received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Auburn University in 2009 following completion of her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of the Mississippi Speech and Hearing Association. Prior to her employment at Ear, Nose, and Throat Consultants of North Mississippi, Haley worked for Mann Ear Nose and Throat Clinic in Cary, NC. In addition to her employment at ENT Consultants, Haley also works for the department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Mississippi as a clinical instructor.

    Haley joined our practice in 2012 and works closely with our team of physicians to provide patients with a full range of audiologic services including audiometric evaluations and full hearing aid services. Haley is a native of Scottsboro, AL. She resides in Oxford with her husband and two little girls.
